Mentors Inspire
Many families have no support system and become stuck in the cycle of needing public assistance.
Ripple mentors become that support. They help each participant develop a new mindset and new skill sets as they are guided through the program.
Three Ways We Incentivize
Savings Match
Ripple matches the participant’s saving up to $200 every month. Our graduates leave the program with between $5,000 and $13,000.
Paid Internships
Participants take an assessment to determine what field of work is best for their path. Ripple provides the opportunity to work in their chosen field through paid internships. This helps grow job skills and build their resume.
Monthly Rewards
We give rewards for educational/career goals, budgeting goals, and health goals. A dinner or movie night, manicure or pedicure and haircut, or a family outing with treats for children.
