Jennifer Piercy

Chief Operating Officer

Jennifer Piercy joined Ripple of One as Chief Operating Officer in June 2026, providing organizational leadership across all of the communities Ripple serves. With nearly 30 years of experience spanning manufacturing, higher education, student recruitment, board and volunteer management, fundraising, and organizational leadership, Jennifer has built her career around helping organizations grow through stronger systems, greater efficiency, and intentional strategy. She began her career with Procter & Gamble in engineering and operations before transitioning into higher education, most recently serving as Assistant Dean of Philanthropy at NC State University’s College of Natural Resources. Her previous leadership roles at NC State included directing student recruitment and serving as Executive Director of the Pulp and Paper Advisory Board.

Jennifer holds degrees in Chemical Engineering and Paper Science and Engineering from NC State University. At Ripple, she brings that systems-oriented mindset to a deeply people-centered mission. Her focus is creating and optimizing the processes that allow Ripple to grow while preserving the high-touch relationships at the heart of its model. By helping the organization operate more efficiently and effectively, Jennifer’s goal is to give Ripple’s team more time to do what they do best: pour into participants and help families build lasting financial independence.

Outside of work, Jennifer loves traveling, reading, spending time outdoors and on the lake, and especially wake surfing. She and her husband—who also volunteers with Ripple—are enthusiastic NC State and Carolina Hurricanes fans. Their daughter and son-in-law live in Alabama, while their son and daughter-in-law live nearby in Fountain Inn, and their two dogs, Apollo and Astraea, are admittedly spoiled. An engineer at heart, Jennifer has also always dreamed of being an astronaut and still has a fascination with all things space.
