Tiffany Jones joined Ripple of One as a Care Specialist in January 2026, serving participants throughout Greenville, Pickens, and surrounding Upstate communities. She works directly with participants as they pursue financial, career, educational, and personal goals, providing encouragement, accountability, and connections to resources that can help them build greater stability and independence.

Tiffany brings experience in management, customer service, administration, communication, and peer support, along with a Peer Support certification and management training. Her own life experiences have also shaped the way she approaches her work, giving her a deep appreciation for how challenging meaningful change can be and the importance of meeting people where they are. She believes progress does not have to happen all at once; sometimes lasting transformation begins with one small step followed by another. Through her work at Ripple, Tiffany hopes to help participants build confidence, strengthen their finances, pursue new opportunities, and ultimately create lives they are proud of.

Outside of Ripple, Tiffany is a mom to three boys and loves spending time with her family. She enjoys the lake, outdoor adventures, church, and time with friends and family. Drawn to a slower-paced, family-centered country lifestyle, Tiffany believes some of life’s best memories are found in the simple—and sometimes completely unplanned—moments spent together.
